On Thursday, September 21st , Maplehurst will be hosting our annual Husky Homecoming event from 5:30 -8:00 pm. This event serves as an opportunity for the community to meet and mingle with our staff as well as a chance to support the school.
- The evening will start off with introductions of our teaching staff in the cafeteria at 5:30.
- This portion of the evening is for current families.
- Staff will remain at the event to mix and mingle with families.
- The attractions and BBQ will begin at 6:00 pm.
- The BBQ, canteen, picnic tables, and Travel to You Zoo will be set up on the bus loop.
- Bouncy castles will be set up in the gym.
- Tours of the school will be led by our Student Council members.
- If required, PSSC elections will take place in the library that evening at 7:00.
- Parking will be limited to the parking lot so please consider car-pooling, walking, or riding your bikes.
Bracelets are being pre-sold through School Cash online for $8.00 per child and will be sold until September 20. Pre-sold bracelets can be picked up at the main school doors on the night of Homecoming. We have corrected the online sales so you can now purchase more than one bracelet.
Bracelets will also be sold at the door for $10.00.

We also will be selling Snow Cones, Cotton Candy, Pucker Powder Tubes , and Popcorn
Please bring small change for the concessions and the BBQ.
