It has been an exciting week for the grade 8 Huskies with their visits to their new High Schools. 

The Huskies represented themselves and Maplehurst with pride. The high school staff made a point of commenting on what a wonderful pack we have been so fortunate to support for the last three years.  Your support as parents has been wonderful.  This community of families is a pleasure to work with and we will miss all of the grade 8 Huskies next year.

This Message contains information for the upcoming year end Grade 8 Dance that will take place on June 16th.

Ticket for the grade 8 formal will be on sale Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of next week at noon through the Student Council.

Tickets are $10.  They include refreshments that will be supplied by the grade 7 families.

Students who wish to buy a ticket for a guest (non Maplehurst student) will need to fill out a request form first. 

The forms will be available in the office on Tuesday and need to be returned to the office no later than by the end of the day on June 10.

Any parents who would like to help decorate for the formal are asked to attend a meeting on Tuesday night, June 7 at Maplehurst in the cafeteria from 6:30 – 7:30.  

The Grade 8 Team will be sending a message concerning year end field trips and other events.
