Hello,

During the school year, Public Health nurses will be offering school vaccination clinics for Grade 7 students. The clinic dates are November 30^th, 2023, and June 6, 2024. 

Please follow the instructions below regardless of whether you are accepting or refusing these vaccines for your child:

• Read the vaccine fact sheets found at this link: https://www.vitalitenb.ca/en/points-service/public-health/immunization-vaccines/children-and-adolescents-school
• Complete and submit the online consent form before September 19, 2023, using this link: www.snb.ca/vaccine
• Submit only ONE form per child.
